Led software

Hi
I am new in Led job. I am looking for a software to arrange the LEd on a special path and then i send it to Laser cutting machine to create the postion of LED on a board.
please see below picture.

I create it by hand in the Atoucad software but this method take a long time , Can you please help me to know a software for arrange the hole on a special path with equall distance ?
